7:00–8:30am & 3:00–6:00pm.

About the role

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students beyond the school day. The Site Director role offers the opportunity to lead a meaningful before- and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee and facilitate curriculum implementation to meet program expectations.
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food-program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching, feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events.
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
