Before and After School Program Site Director in Revere, MA for the 2026/2027 school year.

Schedule

6:45–9:00 am and 2:00–6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more
• Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site
• Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children’s sense of wonder
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students’ interests and talents
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with 1 year of experience in a licensed facility
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards
