SITE DIRECTORS

Responsible for the management and leadership of the program.

• Supervise a staff team
• Provide behavior management support for students
• Maintain communication between staff and families in the program
• Create innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day
• Foster social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth
• Demonstrate the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants

Requires high levels of organization, energy, and fun.
