Before & After School Group Leader/Early Learning Professional - Flexible Schedule for Educators

About the role

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a part-time Group Leader to support their extended day, summer, and enrichment programs in Sterling, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts
• Ensure child safety at all times
• Keep the learning space clean and organized
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment for kids
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in teaching or classroom leadership preferred
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
