Needed teacher assistants for new fall school year 2026/2027 starting in August. Upper Marlboro areas consisting of schools, Barack, Ardmore, Lake Arbor, Kingsford, Kettering, Perrywood, Rosaryville and Patuxent

$15.00
Hours
Monday through Friday AM Shift 7AM-9AM PM Shift 1PM-6PM Hours vary by school location for before and after school care

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- 3-6 months childcare experience in a license setting
