About the role

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs at Bobby G Lester Elementary School, located at 72076, Monday through Friday from 1:45 pm to 6:00 pm. There are no weekend programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.
• Maintain child safety by following procedures and ensuring a safe environment.
• Keep the learning space clean and organized.
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment for kids.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, children, families, and school staff.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is preferred.
• Three years of childcare experience is preferred.
