For those who have experience working with students, the Group Leader role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional Who Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In This Role, You Will Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff Here's What You'll Need Must have a high school diploma or GEDPreferably 18+ years old240+ documented hours of experience working with children is preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsProof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing regulations Why Join Us?
