AlphaBEST Education Before / After School Group Leader Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:00 pm Locations: Various elementary schools within the Windsor, CO area (80550) Looking for a part-time role that fits around your schedule? AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team. In This Role, You Will Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff Requirements Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsProof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulationsMust have a high school diploma or equivalent Pay & Benefits $16.25 per hour Part-time benefits, including health, are availableEmployee referral program Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
