About the role

The Beauty role at JCPenney is to understand the levers and indicators affecting the Beauty business and coach the team to deliver an amazing shopping experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team - Provide frequent coaching, focus on performance differentiation, empower team to make decisions, set clear expectations, motivate team, and recognize contributions.
• Analyzing business performance - Review reports and other information to understand and improve business performance.
• Talent Management - Search for and approach potential talent for openings.
• Visual Merchandise - Ensure store cleanliness and visual appeal for brands and clients.
• Client Interaction - Interact with clients to put a smile on their faces.
• Monthly Animation Execution - Plan and execute the design and set for new merchandise with your team and other store leaders.

Qualifications

Paid holidays are available for eligible associates, and additional compensation may be provided for working on designated holidays.
