Bean Plant - Operator I (3rd Shift 9pm-5am)

About the role
As a Bean Plant Operator, you will cook a variety of beans in industrial-size machines (200 gallons), safely move raw materials, and properly package products to meet production needs. You will monitor products according to recipes, ensuring food safety and quality requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction. Adherence to company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations is essential.
Responsibilities
- Cook a variety of beans in 200-gallon industrial machines
- Safely move raw materials and package products to meet production needs

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous work experience in a food facility is a plus but not required
