Bean Plant - Operator I (1st Shift 5am - 1pm)

About the Role

Ready Foods, a family-owned food manufacturer based in Denver with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Bean Plant Operator to join our team. As a Bean Plant Operator, you will be responsible for cooking a variety of beans in industrial-size machines, safely moving raw materials, and properly packaging products to meet production needs. You will also monitor products to ensure food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, while adhering to company and plant safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook a variety of beans in industrial-size machines (200 gallons)
• Safely move raw materials and properly package products to meet production needs
• Monitor products per recipe to ensure food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently
• Must be able to read and write
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous work experience in a food facility is a plus but not required
