Beach Buddies Summer Camp Counselor

About the role

Beach Buddies is seeking Summer Camp Counselors who are fun, creative, and dependable. The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 6:30am-6pm, with no weekends or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support infants through school-age children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Implement developmentally appropriate programs that foster learning and enjoyment
• Respect and respond sensitively to each child's individual needs
• Work closely with parents to ensure successful childcare experiences
• Contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere between daycare and home

Requirements

• Knowledge of Early Childhood Development
• Ability to value and respect each child's individual needs

Qualifications

• Dependable and able to work flexible hours
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
