BDR Senior Manager

About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role will focus on developing cutting-edge solutions to streamline medical billing processes and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new billing solutions
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting medical billing
• Contribute to the overall success of the company through active participation in team meetings and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development or healthcare IT
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing systems and regulations
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with healthcare billing software and systems
• Knowledge of healthcare billing standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with database management systems
