Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service or sales calls.
• Build instant rapport with clients.
• Resolve customer service issues effectively.
• Meet or exceed department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize basic computer skills, including Google Docs, for efficient communication and documentation.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in inbound/outbound customer service or sales calls.
• Proven history in inside sales, internet marketing, or scheduling service appointments.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Superb customer service skills with a track record of resolving issues.
• Efficient typing and writing skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends.

Pay

Base salary plus performance bonuses, with earnings potential up to $42,000 per year.
