BDC / Internet Dept Manager Wanted - MIAMI - FT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA

About the Role

We are a fast-growing Kia dealership with a large used car department, located in Hollywood, Florida—a family-friendly city between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. We are seeking a manager to organize, grow, and oversee our BDC/Internet department and enhance our internet presence. The department currently has three team members handling all phone and internet leads, and we receive more leads than we can effectively manage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the BDC/Internet department
• Oversee the team handling phone and internet leads
• Organize and optimize lead management processes
• Enhance and expand the dealership’s internet presence

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dealership BDC/Internet sales
• Experience with Vinsolutions CRM (preferred)
• Prior management experience is a plus but not required

Pay

Compensation is performance-based commission with great earning potential.
