BDC Agent - Automotive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming leads (internet, phone, text)
  • Respond quickly and professionally using VinSolutions
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with: Internet leads, Missed opportunities, Previous customers
  • Maintain consistent communication with Sales Managers
  • Ensure all appointments are properly confirmed (no guessing)
  • Log all activity in CRM accurately
  • Daily Expectations: High volume of outbound calls and follow-ups, Fast response time on all new leads, Strong communication and persistence, Proper tracking of all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Previous BDC or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
  • Able to handle objections and stay persistent
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
