About the role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Tech Advisory & Delivery Manager to join our BCG Platinion team. This role is based in one of our global locations: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Durham, Summit, or Washington.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for change and win buy-in for recommendations with clients.
• Collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance.
• Manage, support, and coach more junior team members.
• Work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.
• Help clients address complex digital challenges, such as AI disruption, personalized outreach, and agile service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading the design and delivery of AI-powered products within a functional and/or industry business domain.
• Subject matter depth in one or multiple core finance processes, supply chain processes, or key GTM processes.
• Experience deploying AI use cases ranging from operational quick wins to strategic transformation.
• Strong written communication skills, including the creation of client-specific strategic materials and presentations.
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills, including presenting materials and facilitating technical and strategic working sessions.
• Ability to manage junior team members and provide quality assurance oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, system engineering, business management/administration, or a related field.
• Practical experience in AI/Tech consulting, product management, professional software development, product and program implementation of 5-8 years.
