BCBA Senior Director of Clinical Services

About the role

At Behavioral Innovations, we're seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to join our growing team in Commerce City, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and quality of ABA therapy programs.
• Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve client outcomes.
• Provide supervision and consultation to BCBA staff.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on best practices and research in ABA therapy.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience in supervising and training BCBA staff.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
