About the role
At Behavioral Innovations, we're seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to join our growing team in Commerce City, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and quality of ABA therapy programs.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve client outcomes.
- Provide supervision and consultation to BCBA staff.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on best practices and research in ABA therapy.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Experience in supervising and training BCBA staff.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Competitive Salary: $90,500 - $98,500, based on experience.
