Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience as a BCBA/LA-BAA
- A BCBA who believes that goals should serve the person, not the program
- A clinician who knows ABA can and should evolve and wants to be part of that evolution
- A teammate who values transparency, honesty, and compassion for clients, families, and coworkers
