We are a fast-growing, center-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services focused on early intervention for children with autism. Our model is built around clinical quality, structured support, and meaningful outcomes—not just billable hours. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
• Provide parent training and support to ensure carryover of skills
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Strong background in ABA therapy, data analysis, and treatment planning
• Experience supervising RBTs or junior staff
• Passion for early intervention and play-based therapy models
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, center-based environment
