Qualifications
- Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.

Pay
Base Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
Schedule
20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.
