Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Provide parent training and support to ensure carryover of skills
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong background in ABA therapy, data analysis, and treatment planning
- Experience supervising RBTs or junior staff
- Passion for early intervention and play-based therapy models
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, center-based environment

Pay
