Role & Responsibilities Provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and their families.Manage a manageable caseload (10-12 clients) with flexible scheduling and no weekend work.Collaborate with a supportive team, contribute to program development, and mentor future BCBAs if desired.Participate in community events, partnerships, and initiatives that promote inclusion and support. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification or in progress (new grads welcome).Passion for helping children with autism and dedication to ethical ABA practices.Strong integrity, creativity, collaboration skills, and a commitment to diversity.
