- Directly manage and support Clinical Supervisors
- Serve as the first line of support for clinical questions and escalations
- Maintain an active caseload of their own
- Deliver family-centered ABA care
- Supervise BCBA's and RBTs
About the role
The BCBA Clinical Manager is the site-level clinical leader at Akoya Behavioral Health, responsible for the clinical utilization and quality of care for all clients at their assigned clinic.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Skills
- Experience supervising BCBA's and RBTs

Pay
Annual Salary: $95,000
