For those striving to obtain their BCBA certification, our Clinician Compass Program is designed to guide you through every stage of your certification journey until that amazing day when you become a BCBA.

We're dedicated to the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Pay

Total Annual Earning Potential: Equivalent up to almost $60,000 per year.

Base Compensation: $24.00 - $28.85 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography with a future career path to $80,000+ base salary as a BCBA.

Evening work is paid extra.

• No contracts or non-compete agreements; employment is fully at-will.

Schedule

Flexible Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility in the mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up until 6:30pm most nights. Two to three evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm. No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in our structured Clinician Compass pathway, which includes paid fieldwork activities, small group trainings, and monthly mentorship sessions to support your growth.
• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
• 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.
• Ideal candidates will be 6-12 months from being ready to sit for BACB Exam.
• This position is subject to fingerprinting, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam (paid for by ALP).
