BCBA - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (School Based) - Minneapolis

Ro Health is a staffing agency that contracts behavior technicians to school districts throughout the Minneapolis region. We are looking for a BCBA with the desire to help RBTs in their supervision requirements & development, as well as guide unlicensed paraeducators in their pursuit of RBT certification.

About the role

The majority of this role will be focused on supervision in school settings, while also being part of our Behavioral Services team to develop new and creative ways to provide support to students that need us.   • School-setting
  • Full-time/part-time schedules
  • M-F, generally 8am-3pm; weekends off

Responsibilities

  • Supervise RBTs in their supervision requirements and development
  • Guide unlicensed paraeducators in their pursuit of RBT certification
  • Develop new and creative ways to provide support to students in school settings

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • RBT supervision experience
  • Proficient in data collection methods and analysis to inform treatment decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals

Pay

Starting at $50/hr
