BCBA - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (School Based) - Minneapolis

Job Description

Ro Health is seeking a BCBA to join their Minnesota team. The role is primarily focused on supervising RBTs in school settings, with a full-time/part-time schedule that includes M-F from 8am-3pm, with weekends off. The starting pay is $50/hr.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• RBT supervision
• Proficient in data collection methods and analysis to inform treatment decisions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
