BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Carelinks ABA is growing, and we’re looking for BCBAs (both P/T and F/T) who genuinely care about doing meaningful work with kids and families!

Responsibilities

  • Complete FBAs and skills assessments
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Review data and adjust programming as needed
  • Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
  • Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
  • Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
  • Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
  • Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions

Qualifications

  • The desire to change lives!
  • In-home ABA experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with naturalistic/NDBI approaches (preferred)
  • Bilingual abilities (preferred)
  • CentralReach experience (preferred)
