About the role
The Clinical Staff – Georgia BCBA position is a hybrid role based in multiple locations across Georgia and North Carolina. This opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical practice and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavioral assessments.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided and progress made.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution.
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in using data collection and analysis tools.
