About the role

The Clinical Staff – Georgia BCBA position is a hybrid role based in multiple locations across Georgia and North Carolina. This opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical practice and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavioral assessments.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.
  • Train and supervise staff members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided and progress made.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution.
  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing direct service to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of functional behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Proficiency in using data collection and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
