About the role
Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
- Train and supervise staff providing behavioral support
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
