About the role

Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Support families and caregivers in implementing evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessments
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of interventions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals and family members in behavior analysis techniques

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel up to 20% within Iowa

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data analysis software

Schedule

The position is hybrid, combining both remote and in-person work. Remote work is expected for approximately 75% of the time, with in-person visits required for supervision and training sessions.
