About the role
Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Support families and caregivers in implementing evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessments
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of interventions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals and family members in behavior analysis techniques
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 20% within Iowa
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data analysis software

Schedule
The position is hybrid, combining both remote and in-person work. Remote work is expected for approximately 75% of the time, with in-person visits required for supervision and training sessions.
