About the role

Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management - caseload of approximately 8-10 clients
Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
Conduct assessments
Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals
Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists
Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders
• Experience in ABAP
• Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
• Passing background screening and verification
