You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality clinical care while maintaining BACB ethical standards. This position offers a high level of clinical autonomy with a supportive leadership team dedicated to your success. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Design, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plansDevelop skill acquisition and behavior reduction programsAnalyze treatment data and make data-driven clinical decisionsSupervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)Complete caregiver and parent training sessionsConduct regular treatment plan reviewsAdminister standardized assessments including:VB-MAPPABLLS-RAFLSPEAKCollaborate with families, schools, physicians, and interdisciplinary providersMaintain accurate clinical documentation and insurance complianceEnsure services meet BACB Ethics Code and Maryland licensing requirements Minimum Qualifications Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationActive Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or eligible for licensure)Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related fieldExperience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapyExperience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Experience creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsReliable transportation for local travel Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Experience with insurance-funded ABA servicesFamiliarity with CentralReach or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systemsExperience providing caregiver coaching and parent trainingLeadership or mentorship experience Why Join Channel ABA?
