About the role
We are seeking a BCBA who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. As a Teammate at Caravel, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Serve as a strong clinical mentor and coach for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate closely with families and Caravel teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Make data-driven decisions while keeping each child at the center of care
- Participate in regular supervision, collaboration, and professional development activities
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA and autism intervention
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism
