Salary

Your total compensation range is $85,000k-$105,000 annually (plus up to $30,000 in annual incentives based on performance).

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
• Be licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Texas or be in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Show proficiency in developing and implementing client programs, preferably within the ABA industry.
• Possess enthusiasm for training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff.
• Meet requirements for criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
