We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care.

About the Role

At Behavioral Innovations, you’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to making a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work closely with families, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on data-driven analysis
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
• Provide direct therapy to children with autism, focusing on improving social, communication, and adaptive behaviors
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Evaluate progress regularly and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Current state license (if required)
• Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
• Experience working with children with autism and their families
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
