BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Kitsap County, WA

About the role

Magnolia Behavior Therapy (In-Home Services) located in Kitsap County, Washington is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with strong leadership skills to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional assessments. - Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment effectiveness. - Train and supervise other staff members involved in the provision of services. - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care planning. - Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided.

Requirements

- Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field. - Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using data collection tools and software. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay

$50.00 – $70.00 per hour (based on experience).
