About the role
Magnolia Behavior Therapy Clinic is a Washington-based provider led by a team of clinicians dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The clinic offers a supportive therapy environment where BCBAs, LaBAs, CBTs, and RBTs collaborate daily to celebrate client progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized behavior analytic services to clients in both in-clinic and in-home settings.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Train and supervise other staff members, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of client progress.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Schedule
Flexible schedule preferred: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
