About the role

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is a Washington-based provider led by a team of clinicians dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analysts (LaBA), Certified Behavior Therapists (CBT), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

- Provide individualized behavior analytic interventions to clients in clinic and home settings. - Develop and implement behavior plans based on data-driven decision-making. - Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. - Mentor and supervise other staff members. - Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

- Active certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing. - Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Experience in ABA or related fields preferred but not required. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Pay

$50.00 – $70.00 per hour (based on experience).
