About the role
Join IABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help lead our Adult Supported Living Services team in Orange County!
Responsibilities
- Develop, supervise, and evaluate behavior intervention programs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress
- Ensure all clinical documentation complies with HIPAA and IABA standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to coordinate care
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Respite Companions and Day Program (Employment/Job Coaches) and support staff
- Manage clinical operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
- Participate in Regional Center meetings and maintain strong community relationships
- Prepare and manage contracts, billing reports, and budget projections
- Lead monthly group supervision meetings with consultants
Requirements
- Master's degree (M.A.) in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or progress toward certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human services, including 2 years in management or supervision
- Strong background in non-aversive behavior modification and Functional Assessments
- Experience providing community-based, individualized training for adults with developmental disabilities
- Valid California Driver's License, DMV report, and proof of insurance
- Ability to pass DOJ and FBI background checks
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and assist individuals with mobility (e.g., transfers, walking support)
Qualifications
