Position Overview

Dragonfly Cares is seeking an In Home Services BCBA to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community. Start date: immediate opening.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral instruction in-home
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes
• Stay informed on the ethical standards and latest advancements in ABA practices

Requirements

• Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or in process
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
• Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
• Experience with IEP development and CPSE/CSE processes in New York State

Pay

$80–$90 per hour

Schedule

Part-time with flexible scheduling. Hours available Monday through Friday, mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
