BBQ Line and Assistant

Responsibilities

• Making sure our premium BBQ areas are ready to service our high end customers.
• Ensuring that food is held and presented properly.
• Maintaining a sufficient amount of food for the all-you-can-eat event.
• Keeping serving areas clean and stocked at all times.
• Disposing of all trash and cardboard from the area and concession stand.
• Cleaning and washing all of the cooking dishes and utensils.
• Assisting customers when necessary.
• Helping out in other concession areas after the pre-game event is finished.

Requirements

• Must be reliable and available for most games.
• Capable of working until the game is concluded and/or all assigned work is completed.
• Have a neat appearance and pleasant personality.
• (Follow all food safety protocols)
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
