BBQ Line and Assistant

Responsibilities

• Making sure our premium BBQ areas are ready to service our high end customers.
• Ensuring all-you-can-eat 2 hour pre-game buffets are properly prepared and presented.
• Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in serving areas.
• Disposing of all trash and cardboard from the area and concession stand.
• Cleaning and sanitizing cooking dishes and utensils.
• Assisting customers as needed.
• Helping out in other concession areas after the pre-game event.

Requirements

• Reliable and available for most games.
• Able to work until the game is concluded or all assigned work is completed.
• Neat appearance and pleasant personality.
• (Follow all food safety protocols)
• Fast-paced environment, able to stand for long periods of time.
