About the role
Hideaway Steakhouse, located in Westminster, Colorado, is hiring for a full-time Line/Grill Cook.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years as a Grill Cook in a fast paced environment
- Must be hard working, motivated, disciplined, confident, have sound organization skills, be passionate about great food & be able to set the pace for line efficiency
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Must be able to multi-task and able to work in a FAST paced environment while also keeping in mind food safety and attention to detail
- Must be dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
- Must have open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
