BAS Monitoring Specialist

Location: Ogden, UT Schedule: Overnight, Weekend, and After-Hours Coverage Available Kelso Building Services (KBS) is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing remote operations team as a BAS Monitoring Specialist. In this role, you will help oversee the performance of commercial building systems across the United States by monitoring alarms, reviewing system notifications, coordinating service responses, and supporting customers in real time. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building automation, HVAC operations, facilities management, and smart building technologies. While previous BAS experience is beneficial, we welcome applicants from a variety of technical and operational backgrounds and provide training for the right candidates.
