Bartender (Supper at Hotel Emma) -$6.00/hr + tips

About the role

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. Prepare drinks, serve guests efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized bar.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to established standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Accurately enter orders and process payments in the POS system
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow all cash handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Comply with all TABC and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with barbacks and service team to support smooth operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years bartending experience (luxury or high-volume preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage service
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)

Certifications

• TABC & Food Handler's certifications required
