Description of responsibilities
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Take meal/drink orders and provide service in a timely and friendly manner
- Explain daily specials and menu items
- Maintain assigned tables
- Follow drink recipes
- Clock in/out and clock out on time
- Coordinate daily supply inventory for bar
- Absorb and pass on knowledge of new specials and menu items
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Practice all safety and loss prevention practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required experience
- High school diploma/GED
- ABC Server Training
- Previous experience with order processing systems
- Previous experience in fine dining preferred
Required skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Interest in working with a senior population
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
