Bartender, Banquets ($500 Sign On Bonus)

Specific Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly and proactively with warm welcome.
• Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere, which will encourage repeat business.
• Maintaining positive guest relations and display “spotlight” behaviors.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI.
• Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment as well as following proper rotating procedures.
• Taking food orders from the guests at the bar and the dining area and serving per the course of order.

Skills/Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years old and have the ability to obtain Safe Serve License 2+ years prior to bartending experience required.
• The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and/or consistently up to 10 pounds to move objects is required.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $9.30 - $11.65. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
