Bartender/Server Restaurant/Banquets

Harrison Meadows Country Club, located in Harrison, NY, is seeking a driven part-time Bartender/Server for restaurant and banquet operations. This seasonal role (6 months or less) offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced hospitality environment within Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

About the Role

The Bartender/Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members, guests, and event attendees in the restaurant, bar, banquet operations, golf-related functions, private events, weddings, meetings, and special events. The ideal candidate is hospitality-focused, professional, dependable, energetic, and committed to creating an elevated guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, product knowledge, cleanliness, teamwork, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a supply of all bar products and supplies, including glassware, expendable paper, and other materials.
• Ensures the sanitation and cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment.
• Adheres to all laws applicable to food and beverage operations.
• Provides food and beverage service to guests, including preparing and serving food as needed.
• Monitors the guest experience and takes action to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to confirm adequate supplies and inventory.
• Prepares garnishes, mixes drinks, and serves pre-mixed beverages.
• Performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned.
• Follows sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including verifying legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
