Banquet/Bartender/Server

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and personable part-time Banquet/Bartender/Server to provide excellent service and create a friendly, engaging atmosphere. This flexible role includes working as a Bartender in our Atrium Lounge, a Server in our Atrium Grill, or a Banquet Server based on hotel coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, mix drinks, and manage inventory as a Bartender
• Take food orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience as a Server
• Serve guests during banquets and assist with banquet setup and breakdown
• Take orders in the dining area and for room service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the hotel’s restaurant and banquet spaces with a warm, professional demeanor

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous bartender experience required
• Hotel experience is a plus

Qualifications

A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered.
